Children's Programs and Nursery
Sign your child up for our childrens martial arts program or drop them off in our child-friendly nursery.
Our nursery is designed to entertain the kids
while you take some time to take care of yourself and get into your
workout. Our caring staff will make sure the kids have a good time,
play some games, or watch their favorite videos.
The Nursery is open
from 9am-12noon and 4pm-8pm weekdays and 9am-12noon on Saturdays for
your convenience.
